Step 1:
Kick-Off consultation
Goal: Here, you and your property are the focus. We get to know your property, discuss your goals for the carpet, and advise you on fundamental issues and facts that need to be considered.
Getting to know your goals and wishes
We discuss the property category and your intended use - for example, as a highlight piece or purely administrative – the rhythm, as well as entrance matting zones, budget, and all other relevant decision factors.
External factors and framework conditions
We also provide insights into external factors such as legislation, sustainability, environmental protection, and similar aspects, so you know in advance what to consider.
Step 2:
Conception & Analysis
Goal: Now lean back and relax, as we develop a unique premium concept for a long-lasting and beautiful carpet, based on your wishes, goals, and framework conditions.
Conception
From all your information, we develop an integrated concept which - involving our experts - includes carpet selection, lifespan forecast, benefits analysis, and definition of entrance matting zones, equipment, and cleaning plan.
High-Class Presentation
We won't leave you alone with this either, as we prepare our holistic concept in a top-level presentation that you can use for internal and external purposes. All affected areas are addressed so that everyone knows why you and your property benefit from it.
Step 3:
Implementation & Support
Goal: Everything that was individually conceived for your project now comes into play. We ensure quality throughout your carpet's planned lifespan through consultation on individually designed self-care and support with optimal intensive cleaning throughout your carpet's entire lifecycle.
Training
Our experts come to you and train you and your staff in handling the right equipment, proper maintenance cleaning, and clarify the do's and don'ts of carpet care in daily maintenance.
Intensive Cleaning
Throughout your carpet's entire lifecycle, we support you with the optimal cleaning method - adapted to your goals and your carpet. We select from all market-recognized cleaning methods the one suitable for your property. As the world's only provider of the TEP-TOP-Clean® System, wherever possible also with the unique advantages of this process.
Step 4:
Review and what then?
Goal: Times change! And so does your property. After a period defined in the concept or upon request, we visit you and evaluate together the key data of your property and your carpet.
Review
We thoroughly inspect your carpet and assess its development. Does something need to be adjusted in the cleaning plan? Was the maintenance cleaning carried out correctly? Etc. All with the goal of a long-term sustainable carpet.
What's next?
Now the carpet has been in place for over 15 years, but even our Lifecycle Premium Care has its limits - we're still working on an eternally healthy carpet. But what happens now? Whether carpet replacement or alternative flooring concept, we stand by you with advice and support you with our experience and network.
Why does my carpet live longer with your concept?
We don't aim for quick cleaning or technically unsustainable "stain removal guarantees." Our concept focuses on maintaining quality from the start! It begins with recommending the right type of carpet. If your property is a business hotel, a carpet that has proven itself in this category will be recommended! Through our care concept, specially adapted to the optimally selected carpet, we offer qualified training for maintenance cleaning, paired with optimal intensive cleaning by our team. If this is maintained, we can guarantee the proper care of your carpet and get the maximum out of your carpet!
Are you a carpet consulting company?
Yes and no, we're not a classic consulting company. What are we? Unique in know-how throughout the service life. We know and understand properties. This knowledge paired with our technical network from the manufacturing industry is unique in this form – honest – strong.
