Conventional cleaning processes
Conventional cleaning methods are based on using large amounts of water and chemical cleaning products. What remains are chemical residues in the air, increased resoiling, and irreparable damage to the carpet – leading to premature carpet replacement.

Which cleaning method is suitable for my carpet floor?
Every carpet floor has an optimal cleaning method. This depends on factors including the type of carpet, installation method, subfloor, and adjacent floor coverings. This is why an initial consultation is so important for a long-term clean and healthy carpet.
Why aren't other intensive cleaning methods environmentally friendly?
Conventional intensive cleaning methods use chemical cleaning products and a large amount of drinking water for cleaning carpets. While these lead to cosmetic improvements, chemical residue worsens the problem of poor appearance in the long term. This is why we've chosen chemical-free cleaning methods and developed our TEP-TOP-Clean® system.
My carpet was cleaned with chemicals, can it still be saved?
Yes, your carpet can still be saved! To remove all traces of chemicals from your carpet and restore its original condition, it requires several intensive cleanings - chemical-free, of course!
Do you also clean loose carpets?
Conditionally. It depends on the size and type of carpet. Since we're not a carpet laundry, our service is only worthwhile from a size of 50 square meters. However, we decline Oriental carpets.
Our property schedule doesn't allow for long cleaning phases. Can you work with that?
Yes, that's no problem for us at all. We're happy to adapt to your property schedule and come after your opening hours or even on weekends to clean your carpet floors!
